About the Creator

As it starts with most magic stories Matt became interested in magic at age 7, when a magician came to his school. As a teenager magic became an escape and safe space for Matt. In a world where things can sometimes be difficult and challenging Matt found that with magic anything is possible. 

While in high school Matt honed his magic skills at the timeless and challenging environment of a magic shop in a Mall.

Since then Matt has performed all over the country bringing laughter and magic to audiences of all ages.

In 2020 Matt began working on a show that had been percolating on the back burner for many years. He wanted to make a show that had some amazing and original magic but was also more theatrical with fully developed characters and world building.

With the help of award winning magician Carisa Hendrix, Magically Ordinary was born.

After two years of development Magically Ordinary is going to be coming to a city near you.
